Elected or Appointed Officials
There are no elected officials on the MGSA Board of Directors (See Article 6 of the JPA Agreement for compensation of the Board). The MGSA Board of Directors do not receive compensation for any MGSA activity.
Executive Officer and other MGSA Consultants
MGSA has no employees and does not pay any benefits or retirement as can be seen by the statewide Public Pay website: https://publicpay.ca.gov/Reports/SpecialDistricts/SpecialDistrict.aspx?entityid=2822. Part-time contractors work under individual professional services contracts.
